I've always been attracted to the hospitality industry because I love how much impact service can have on travelers. The smallest of details, like a genuinely thoughtful gesture, can make the deepest impressions. My career has been built on 10 years of first-hand experience in providing intuitive service at renowned hotel brands such as Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Working for an international brand has led me to immerse myself into parts of the world I thought I'd never see. I continue to live for travel because it opens my eyes to the bubble that we sometimes live in and adds more depth and perspective from people I meet along the way. (Because the best kind of travel are ones that transforms you.) I'm now lucky enough to have a bigger hand in creating someone's memories instead of just one aspect of their trip.
My current job at First in Service Travel allows me to have the best of both worlds where I'm able to work alongside those who are helping to shape the future of travel. We know that there's so much more to traveling than just a nice bed. It's all about staying at a place that has character and a story. I manage supplier relationships for our agency where we're continuously in touch with what's happening in the world of travel. We're all about finding the right fit for our clients, whether it's the hottest hotel in town or an off-the-beaten path destination. It's all about creating individual experiences unique to you. I personally only take on a handful of clients per year to be able to give them the quality attention their precious vacation deserves.
I'm also happy to say that the more I travel, the deeper my love grows for my current home, NYC. When I'm not thinking about my next trip, you'll find me eating my way through the city.
